Servpro was called out to my home as a precautionary measure. The washer had leaked and there was about 1/8 of an inch of water on about 300 sq. ft. of vinyl and 1 sq. foot of carpeting got wet. My tenant had already mopped and dried up all the little bit of water that had spilled by the time Servpro showed up. She was home and just noticed it as she walked from the living area into the kitchen

So they get there and there is no water, they set up all these blowers and all this other nonsense and I get a bill for $1,541.60 or $1451.60. They have 2 different balances on the same invoice. I have been dealing with corporate to try and straighten out this nonsense and the District Manager tells me that I was under charged. Then he asked me what happened. Hello!!!

They keep telling me (the Franchise) that the invoice states we did this and we did that, and they think because it's on an invoice the are entitled to rip off the consumer. If anyone has been ripped off by this outfit please file a complaint with your states attorney general and find a way to report them to the national association of Home owners Insurance.
