I joined SERVPRO of Elmhurst with high hopes, ready to contribute my skills and dedication to their mission of serving the community. However, my experience quickly turned sour.

One of the most frustrating aspects of working here was the lack of transparency regarding estimates. Customers would understandably ask for detailed estimates, but instead of providing clear numbers, the company would only offer vague ranges. They insisted that the final cost was between them and the insurance agency, leaving the client in the dark. This lack of transparency made it impossible for me to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the information they deserved.

Furthermore, when I tried to seek clarification or ask questions about this opaque process, I was met with hostility and eventually found myself out of a job. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize secrecy over honesty and integrity.

Overall, I cannot recommend SERVPRO of Elmhurst. If you're looking for a restoration service that values transparency and provides detailed information about their services, I would suggest exploring other options.
