Servpro of Highland/north Redland/ Franchise company of Servpro Csaba Borcsa owner Servpro of North Highland destroyed my kitchen and left my home in a dangerous situation. they claimed that I had water damage after I had a clog kitchen sink repaired. After I had a pluming service company (Easy Rotter) to fix a clog drain in my kitchen sink on November 23, The plumber contacted a worker from Servpro restoration company to come to my home immediately. They both told me that I had severe damage and mold in my kitchen that could make me very ill and destroy my home. I contacted my homeowner insurance company to make a claim. The worker from servpro, Daniel, contacted me on November 25, and informed me that he had contacted my insurance company and they had given him the permission to start the job and he didn't need a claim number to get started.
My kitchen was destroyed by Servpro restoration company with no approval from my insurance company. The workers ripped out cabinets, floorings, cut out my dry wall, open up a huge hole under my sink. They also, destroyed the material to restore my kitchen back . They left my kitchen in a very dangerous condition. They are refusing to returning my flooring which I didn't give permission to ripe up or remove from my home. The owner is refusing to restore my kitchen back to it original condition.
