Do NOT use Servpro Santa Ana South! They are unprofessional, lack morals and integrity and will take advantage of you in your time of need.

My town house had water damage and my insurance company recommended Servpro for the dryout and packing. Your insurance company is NOT your friend. They do not work for you, but against you. Do not use any company they recommend. They recommend companies that do not have your best interest in mind.

Servpro Santa Ana South charged me about 3 times the amount of what am honest, reputable company would have charged. They broke many of my cherished possessions, lied about it and refused to reimburse me for the items they broke.

I am writing this post because I do not want anyone else in my situation to suffer financially and emotionally at the hands of this company that utilizes unscrupulous business practices.

My best advise is to confer witb a reputable contractor, not Servpro Santa Ana South, which is a franchise. Ask any contractor out there and they will have Servpro horror stories to share with you that will make you want to sleep with a night light!

I wish I would have known about this scamming, rip off company before my water damage. I definitely would NOT have used them. Servpro Santa Ana South cares only about lining their own pockets and nothing about assisting those in need.

Good luck dealing with this company. The corporate office in Kentucky (toothless hillbillies) will say that each office is independantly owned and operated. Do NOT allow them to "Medeiate" - Get down to the Superior Court and SUE them in Small Claims Court. The filing fee is only $60 and even if the judge awards you $1 they are stuck paying the court costs. I have dealt with them before and the only thing they understand is LAWSUIT! Don't threaten to sue - just get down to the courthouse and DO IT!
