Complaint Review: SERVPRO OF ST. LOUIS MO

 My Insurance Company suggested Servpro come in and remove some damp moldy drywall in my basement after my sump pump motor went out.  From day one, they were unprofessional, used profanity, quickly cut out and removed a nominal amount of drywall and sprayed caustic chemicals.  They ran several dehumidifiers.  They stretched out the job to a ridiculous extent, making multiple visits and doing NO CLEANING.  They used profanity in my Daughter's presence.  They removed drywall debris and a sofa.  They were extremely difficult to contact and each time a different "technician" called.  Very poor communication between their staff.  They do NO repair work.  For this fiasco, they charged my insurance company $10,000.00   Completely fraudulent. I will be pursuing legal redress.
