Picked up my furniture as it had been exposed to mold. Avoided the quote...in person they said the secretary would call with quote. I called her she stated she would call me back and never did. I spoke to a Gustavo 3 days into their packing. gustavo tell's me oh it's complex they have to figure it out some way in which made no since and was not what I was told originally which was after the wlk thru he'd go back to the office and the secretary would call me with a quote. They dissapeared for a week. My husband got someone on the phone who stated the move alone was around $14,000.00, I was speechless and had the feeling with all this lack of follow thru this was a scam. Secondly, The mold exposure was why I called Servpro. To include the mold cleaning the charge rose to a staggering $36,000.00. This is a total and complete ripp off. We've been on the floor in the 4 weeks in which they've had my furniture. Due to the extreme amount of stress this nightmare was causing my family, we tried to just pick up our furniture using a reliable moving company but that too was a problem. I've had movers set twice to pick up our furniture. Today was the first and we were told they were closed when their website states otherwise, then we tried Monday, oh no the owners are out of town and the warehouse is a mess due to the owners four day vacay. This was so upsetting as the caveats keep coming. I must come when the finally allow it with I.D, they will oversee what my movers are doing(who cares). Servpro had their workers in my home without protective gear. I found it disturbing. I was simply sized up by the home, my car Gustavo actually asked if it were mine and taken advantage of. I find this behavior deplorable.

Randy Meacham pulled as very nasty trickory. He asked me to write a rebuttal and he would give me half my money back. He strung me along which at this point I just wanted over. My initial rebuttal was because I believe ther really was a misunderstanding and the Meacham's willing to rectify some of the damage gave me a good feeling. Sadly it was scam part two. He wrote me a check for half I deposited it 3 or four days later and it bounces. These are not good people, I was fooled again and its the last I've heard from them.

Truly appalled, L. Abiola

I was ready to throw in the towel. I arrived at Servpro meet the Meacham's and they were eager to satisfy a dissatisfied customer. It quite refreshing and they were kind people. Always speak to owners is the lesson here as my situation could have been resolved a lot sooner. They are a family run business and I would not want to put any perspective customers off doing business with Servpro Town and country in the end all is well. L. Abiola Houston, Texas.
