Learned on Friday 9/23/2016 that documents filed after June 2nd with clerk of court in response to a suit by Sessom & Rogers of Durham have apparently been removed from file and any records of filing have apparently been erased to allow for filing summary judgement rather than going to trial.

Upon checking court schedule online at:

1.aoc.state.nc.us/www/ActionPdfGenerator.do?realrptloc=file:////pubdir/aopubprd/www/data/ALAMANCE/civil/SEPTEMBER.28.2016/D._D_THOMAS_LAMBETH_JR.CTR2.9_30.MOTIONS.txt&caltype=Civil

Found case not even listed on publicly avaialble scheduling database.

Would not not the first time Sessom and Rogers has pulled dirty tricks to achieve summsry judegement. A senior member of the firm William, Billy, Sessoms having already forced to surrender his membership in the NC state bar.

Taken together this give the appearance of possible collusion by Clerk Of Court to “FIX”, cases in favor of Sessom & Rogers..
