Complaint Review: Set Point Pro

Gave them and their "algorythym" a 30 day trial with money back guarantee about 2.5 months ago. Never heard from them again until I called to find out what was going on around day 25. They said they had leads POURING in. Someone called me a few hours later with a hot listing lead..... IN TEXAS.... Asking me how far I'm willing to go to make $$. Trouble is I live in Florida. Cancelled my program within the 30 days. Talked to Brad Lober and he said he'd get with Steve the CEO. No refund for the first month so I called my credit card company and they got Steve on the phone.

He promised to make it right cuz that's what his dad taught him to do. That was a month ago. Ten days ago he told me they were not refunding on the credit card but sending a check on Friday payroll. Yup you guessed it. No check here yet ten days later. I didn't get one lead in thirty days. Their concierge service is going through your old realtor. Com leads and trying to find some that are warm again.  STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH. I typically don't take the time to make these reports but when someone talks to me on the phone and bold face lies to me....i have no time for them.
