It seems the courts in the GREAT state of Massachusetts are wise and should be thanked.

On the 29th of March 2004 the courts threw Seth J. Robbins, Esq. and his motions out of the court system AND ordered Seth J. Robbins, Esq. to pay costs to the defendants!

Not to mention Seth J. Robbins, Esq. will be needing an attorney in the state of Florida to defend himself in a deformation case.

You have to ask yourself will he be a man, setp up and pay for the dammage he has done and stop the maddness?

As defendants of an unjust law suite the company should pursue this to the fullest extent of the law for the compensation they deserve! It is abuse of an attorneys special knowledge to pursue frivolous suites against innocent companies or people. Beyond that, to try to claim attorneys fees for self inflicted damages. They should be disbarred!

ORIGINAL POSTER (ALAN b. CURTIS) IS UNABLE TO RESPOND BECAUSE HE'S IN JAIL

It seems the reason why the person who posted this response is unable to provide a clearer response is because he's a criminal. Obviously, he has no credibility whatsoever. Odds are Robbins was right.

His name is Alan Boyd Curtis and he apparently owned this timeshare company. Check out this link and you'll see for yourself:

The next time you criticize someone for their spelling, maybe you should check your own spelling: (1) "writier" (2) "woindering"; and (3)"oput".

I do agree that the original author should post more details in order to be of more use to consumers. And yes, the spelling and grammatical errors can be distracting, but post something constructive next time.

As for the original poster, I suggest more details so that we know what type of law this attonrey does and what he did specifically wrong.

Ignoramii

I am not an attorney, and I have no sympathy for any group of people just because they are members of a group. Similarly, I cannot abide ignorance. The writier of this complaint is clearly of such low education that although able to operate a PC he/she cannot spell even the simplest of words. As such, I cannot attach any substance whatever to the rantings of such an ignoramus.

As for the "deformation" case in Florida the writer is referring to, I cannot help woindering whom and in which way the attorney involved dofromed anyone. If he did indeed deform someone, should he not in fact be facing criminal charges for assault & battery? Can there not be some way of filtering oput people here who are among those who should not even own a PC? Or would that be discriminating against an entire group?

If I have given the impression that I am a snob, this is untrue. I am not a snob. Just ask anyone who knows me. Anyone who matters, anyway.
