Seth Sabal Studio Scam And Lies Of Seth Sabal And Ximena Valero Design ripoff, scam, copywrite briech, policy violation, misuse of represented models, designers and magazines New York New York
Seth Sabal used models Caroline, Rebecca, Noelle New bold and Jessa Lynn who was sent to him by their manager at TMP Models after discussing and arranging shoots for them ( $300 for Rebecca and Caroline, Submission for Jessa and Noelle). TMP Models is a division of TMP MGMT that includes also TMP Artists that he was intending to work with.
Caroline and rebecca were tested by NYC fashion group/ Seth Sabal and over-charged ($ $900 just to start for caroline after manager discusses and agreed for $300, Rebecca was charges $1370 all this without telling the rep at TMp Models).
When She found out she called and asked why and reduice the price. He intimidated the model Caroline and invited her for a rip off make up marty he got $225 from.
Seth Sabal claim to have worked for Numero Magazine and Numero Photo Editor said directly to Rep she never heard of him and never worked with him as she has been at the magazine since day one.
Seth Sabal thought rep of Models was not experienced and he could fool her.
Further more his Wife copied designs of Blumarine and they claimed it's a Pucci dress and D&G they were shooting for the pretented submission to Numero Mag.
After couple of week Rep found out that Seth Sabal was a lier and immediately remove him from the site she ws thinking of represented him.
Seth Sabal owes $6000 to TMp Models for the use of their service and if not pay will be a law suit of $2M for their misuse and company misuse.
Seth Sabal had lunch with Rep and was 1 hours and half late. he asked for representation and submitted pictures to rep who could polish and direct him. rep was not interested in ripping off models or the testing market but editorial and fashion publications and designers. So when all cme to life with Seth Sabal lies and misuse Rep dropped Sabal in 2 mn and took him down of their system.
Seth Sabal disrupted models by making them doubt their direction after using them and posting their images on his site telling other models that he is connected with managers and rep of modeling companies.
He claims to each model that they are gorgeous and they could do Victoria Secrets and that his wife is the senior designer there and they know what they are saying.
P.S. VS mostly use Super Models that are already accomplished and rarely beginning ( we don't know of 1st step models after their 1st test to be used by Victoria Scret).
Becareful Models out their not to shoot with this individual as no matter how great him images seems to you they are over retouched, mis representing you and the experience with the individual Seth Sabal may coast you hundreds to Thousand of $ dollars. Beside no one wants to deal or work with a dishonnest person.

Hello, This is Seth personally writing back in response to the post written about me and my wife Ximena Valero. All I can say is that there are always people out there that are bad, unkind, and looking to make a quick buck off of good people.
We help aspiring and established models get great photos. I would never promise anyone a guarantee in the modeling industry, I just don't have that power. We can make them beautiful photos, though. Everything that I sell or that my staff sells, costs money, just like any business. See nobody is a victim, we do not hide the fact that we are very expensive. We don't have hidden agendas about pricing or packages. We obviously have had every person that orders or buys anything from us fill out a form that clearly states the price, and its not in small print. : ) The agencies we deal with have special rates, negotiated on paper or with a handshake. Clearly the people we deal with all have a common understanding about extra print costs and pricing.
I would not consider myself cheap by any means, but well worth every penny. Nobody that work for me or myself misuse models or designers or magazines. All I have to say is look at the website of the people that wrote this. Then look at ours, who needs who?
I actually work many the top ten agencies in NY, and never had any problems. See the thing is- some people have to make money somehow, especially if they cannot make it from the fashion industry where there is plenty of money; you'd might as well try to extort it out of a photographer and his designer wife.
Thats what obviously what going on here.
Fortunately, I feel comfort in the fact that many people in NYC love us and will look closely at this person/company that wrote a totally malicious and false statement, about us.
I think this report clearly will let you know who not to work with, I am confident it is not us.
I wish these people the best of luck, and wish them no harm.
