Complaint Review: Setitaside

Set it Aside ( New Sacramento Recycling Program - We pick it up, we sort it, YOU get paid! )

Wrong this is not correct. When you sign up they say they will bring out a welcome kit with Calender and containers or bags for you to put your recycling in. 

This never happened. All they did was call the night before to remind you they would be by in the morning to pick up your recycling. After the first pickup I had to call 2-3 days later to find out when I would see the weight entered into my online account on their Web Site. I also asked about bags and how the checks work. I was told by Amy we don't have any bags to give out at this time and checks were cut at the beginning of every month and dropped off be the driver on the first delivery date of the month. Ok Great sounded Awesome. 

Strike two, this never happened at this point I was thinking we got ripped off. They don't even answer their phone as a Business?! So after 2 weeks I called again spoke to Amy let her know I never got a check. ( Why 2 weeks, because I had to wait for the next pickup day ) She said oh I have it right here the driver will drop it off in Friday. Cool...

Nope, no check fast forward 3 week because Amy left a message saying they are moving to a new location and they would be not picking up for 2 weeks. 

Last straw Called this week only to get the run around still no check. I don't think they have the money to pay us and are using it to run their Graphics Business. Don't use these guys. If your like me and are Disabled with no way to the Recycling Center and need the money find a friend and split it. I lost a total of $175.00 Dollars of Recycling ( Gone, nothing I can do thanks to Amy of Setitasaid )
