Complaint Review: Seton physical therapy

 Gave plantar fascitis written referal to Seton. In June 2012 got P.T. with initials K.F. At evaluation I told her that the pain management place that refered me, gave me steroid injections both heels, that made pain worse, and steroids documented allergen.Also,still had irritation from where needle was injected, right heel. I told her prolonged standing or walking irritates,and medications I was on.Also told her was in pain management for, severe advanced DDD l5s1 with discogenic endplate changes,modic changes,lumbosacral spondylosis,lumbar osteoarthritis,spinal stenosis,bilateral lumbar radiculopathy. Cervical spine severe advanced DDD 2 levels,disc bulge,spondylosis,multi level uncovertabral disease,stenosis and cervical bilateral radiculopathy. She did no exam, did not look at feet. I told her I also used orthodics and did not help.She gave me printout showing bent knee and heels down on step stretch. She told me to keep knee bent when I did exercise so I would not irritate sciatic nerve.Lots of dorsiflexions everyday to do. Roll ice bottle under heels, and a towel under feet exercise to move with toes. She told me to get fascitis sock,also told her I tried splint and not help,but I got sock and have receipt.I did all the exercises no problem.

Did exercises in sessions and some on equipment for legs.Once told to do exercises and after done got p.t.assistant whom I told I did exercises already.July2012 last day K.F.tells me to take shoes off and get on hard wooden steps and do ten heel raises each foot and repeat 3 times.She demonstrated. I told her foot sore when no shoes and I put my shoes back on and did the exercises as told. I held rail for balance. I told her,wow you need to be in shape for as I did them and stopped several times as legs fatigued and low spine ache. Could not understand why doing as contrary to med condition. She even told me to bend knee when heel stretches. RIGHT after she has me get supine on table and does hard eversion type moves and very hard dorsiflexions on both my ankles.She asked if hurt,I said yes and told her back of heels and outside of,right heel much worse.She said I was being discharged and I asked for picture of heel raise on step as curious what was,she gave me picture.Did some forms and left. Never did heel raises again.

Got records out and read it all in october2014.All said my ONLY humble opinions.Was a DERANGED DEGENERATE SCHEME PRANK HOAX. The plantar fascitis was not even mentioned in evaluation,nor any of my other info. Nothing in evaluation. K.F.wrote I changed topics and she could not redirect me so had no evaluation.She did not want any info so blamed me.Goes without saying how nutty someone would be for her to even suggest such absurdity.And what about referal and doctors info and what I wrote in? Which I saw was torn up and put on one paper bits and pieces in record.And heel raises in record for home exercises and in sessions switched! And ankle joint pain feet pain changed agenda!But she put right ankle joint pain for reason of both?! Insurance company hired gun puppet! Record I stored and shows messed up, fascitis printouts and heel raises last day dated only,etc. Last page CONTRARY, says feet pain not better,discharged. Record not treated for,phony ankle joint pain never had made like to refute I had bad back and l5s1.Dropped UHC insurance.They were paying for this and sent me lots of harassing letters and calls about false other complaints and sevrvices I NEVER made after I made complaint on the this K.F.p.t.They never acknowledged complaint as they paid her to do this DERANGED prank.Irritated my ankles S1 nerves to document was PHONY ankle joint pain!

The whole agenda is not even legit except for jeering third party cronies was done for.All these complaint places they have cronies so cannot do much about.I dropped insurance at UHC starplusmedicaid as fast as I could but still on starplusmedicaid with different provider.When on UHC starplusmedicaid in Jan2013 deranged prank happened in Brackenridge Seton P.T.as well.601 e.15th st. Austin,Texas 78701. Was treated for above said medical conditions,showed in the records.Not the plantar fascitis, all else. Told not to bend or stoop or twist waist or back. Keep back upright always,and last page had FUNCTION report. Bending lifting carrying worsen pain,says no,partially resolved.P.T.and P.T.A. initialsC.B.and A.C.had me bend forward first and last day in May2013,and since not bending forward or aggravating low back was a little more forward so documentated with misrepresentating what really took place.NO bending lifting or carrying exercises at home or sessions,was a program for my conditions showing how to not hurt back. And they had me write what want to do I cannot in record and I said bend lift carry walk stand without pain as could not think of sport or something involving low back.They wrote goals for p.t. this nonsense right on last page also along with function report, like I was ASKING for it. They sent this to clinic and other doctors,I saw in records. I have stored records. I got out right away records and sent a headsup fax to clinic and pain management who referred me on June32013 about what I did in the p.t. for real. After found out they used one phony last page function report only and DID send to clinics.

Pain management refuting and discrediting themselves by no diagnoses even put in except back pain and radiculopathy,nothing else.Records dates censored exercises and program in there with two different evaluations.All put together for third party cronies to only acknowledge cherry picked bits of, to make like no med issues or cured.They figure noone will even listen to me or take me seriously if I tell or make complaint.They treat you and put you in lowlife category like you are vermin needing to be discarded, and you cannot get employment, yet they get paid to do such HORRIBLE UNETHICALS!!!!!!!!!!!
