In Nov. I ordered over $100+ of merchandise from seven deals online. I was pleased with the fact that my order came about 3 days later but, I was missing 1 item. I sent them an email letting them know this. There was no response. I again emailed, no response. On one day I sent several emails, still no response. On their website it states that they have a real person to speak with along with a lot of nice things that they say they do. I looked all over their website and could not find a phone #. Their only contact was to email them. They state they have merchandise of good quality. Many of the items I ordered were defective or were missing parts.
Even though I have only lost about $10.00 to their company, I find that they do not stand behind what they say and they do not respond to repeated emails. This is a warning to buyers to beware of shoddy merchandise & no customer service response.
