 Don't waste your time or money. Run far away!

I worked at Seven Nation Solutions full-time for less than a year

ProsThere are none. They work you like a dog for little to no pay and you are on your feet all day working 12 hour day, and you can't have a life of your own because you are working for them all the time.

ConsYou really make less than mimimum wage, even though they pay you minimum wage or commissions, what ever is higher. How can we survive on this money, heck most of those people that work there don't have cars. Then they have to get someone with a car to drive them home. Wait a minute, I didn't sign up to be a chaufeur. On top of that I don't get paid for it. I swear I put about $60-$100 in my tank every week driving to the office that you got to be at in the mornings for about 2 hours, then to the store where I got to drop somebody off at their store and then go to my store. Then I have to pick them up after work, drop them off home, and then I get to go home, get a little bit of sleep just to get up and do it all over again. Oh, and I got to pick them up from their house in the morning to get to the morning meeting, they need to catch a bus. They get home before me and get more sleep than I do, on top of that they don't pay for my gas so they keep more of their check. So I get stiffed because the management will not pay for my gas, but they can sure ask me to give people rides. I try my best to dodge it, but I am one of the only people there with a car. The other people don't have cars because it cost to much putting gas up in the tank, or maybe they pretending not to have cars so they don't have to waste their money driving people around. I quit so fast. I had to. I was on my feet all day for about eight hours 6 days a week asking a million random people if they want cable. I still couldn't get any sales and my feet hurt so bad. They didn't want to talk to me. Half of them ignore you, or say no to you, or curse you out. The other half can't even get it installed where they live, or they paying way less than Directv offer, or they got bad credit, or they already got Directv. I stood on my feet all day to hear that, working 12 hour days to hear that. I could be at McDonalds making the same pay and don't have to do much of anything working half that time, especially not driving no-car having co-workers all around town. And people think you work for the store because you can't wear Directv logo on your shirt to throw people off. But then they will ask you to show them where things are in the store but you don't know so you end up looking dumb.
Even when I got lucky and got 2 sales in that week, because most people probably going to get 2 sales in a week anyway, those people I got didn't even install it. And if they don't install the cable you dont get paid for it. So i didnt get paid for that, I did all that work for nothing. I was making about $300 a week after taxes here. Now my gas is already $100, so I basically got $200 for myself. I can't live off that, heck I can make that flipping burgers part time or ringing up some groceries. A lot lot lot of people quit. The only reason people still there, is because they want to become owner and the manager keeps talking about that every morning meeting, trust me. But I heard that Smart Circle, the people that run the whole thing, gets Power of Attorney over your business account when you get to owner status. You must be smoking crack if you think I would let anybody have any control over my money. And all those people promoted out probably not gonna make it anyway and there is only so many who make it or even could make it in the first place. I heard that a lot of owners were so broke that they had to sell their car and catch the bus in order to pay their rent in the city they were shipped out to. I also heard that they promote out to a market after the owners there fail, they just send somebody new in their place and wait for them to fail so they can send somebody else out there. I was so glad I was out real quick, because 12 hour days 6-7 days a week with no time to myself and very little sleep because I got to get up and pick somebody else up wasting my gas to go to the morning meeting which I hated for two hours and later going to those Sam stores about 30 minutes away a piece just to stand on my feet and it hurt just to get cursed out by people or told no by everyone I talked to only to make $200 profit a week was working my last nerve.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop telling people to drive other people around town. Pay people a lot more money, minimum wage is nothing. And tell people the truth about how many people get promoted out versus all the people that applied and left the company or get fired. Let people know how many owners make it when they get shipped out to a new market in a new city where they got to pay rent and car payments and trips and business start up costs all on their own, nobody is going to pay that for them especially not you or Smart Circle. And tell people that Smart Circle got power of attorney over your business account so basically they control all the money you make with their company. Better yet, just shut it down and be done with it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
