Seven Star Enterprise International www.sevenstarenterprises.com Precious Metals Division ALL SHOW AND NO GO ! Minneapolis, Minnesota
I worked with Bruce Kallata "CEO" of this outfit for 9 days and during that time I put in 90 hours. I got paid $130.00 for my initiative and efforts. Yes, One Hundred & Thirty Dollars so I didn't stay any longer for this financial abuse.
I arrived from Europe and made contact with Kallata who was keen to get me on board with "Seven Star Enterprises". I had expert knowledge on the Euro crisis and European Markets. Kallata wanted me to join the company in a sales capacity. I arrived to the offices of this company which were well appointed and modern however, one essential ingredient was missing which I thought was odd at the time and what was missing was staff. I ignored this factor as I understood this was a new company in start up mode and the normal stages of recruitment in such circumstances.
He had a part time secretary, one salesman and a Russian Lady who he had previously sold coins to and recruited for the purpose of to training her to sell. She left the company before I did and no surprise there. Kallata offered me a reasonable draw against commission with the promise of probable earnings in excess of $200k per annum. He also stated that I would be groomed for the position of vice president of the company which is why I completely devoted my time to generating revenue for the company with the extended work hours I had contributed to the effort.
I must state that Kallata seemed to have some compulsive behavior issues which became apparent along with an over zealous religious element which he introduced into the work place. Kallata was or is a "Reborn Christian" of some description. Everything was "God" and "Pay" and rather intrusive if not completely inappropriate in a business environment. Saying "grace" before lunch was almost mandatory! Now, I have no problem with anyone's religious belief but to have it rammed into your face all day long is not in keeping with a respect for the beliefs of other. I am of a Christian faith myself (not that it matters) but this was complete overkill.
It appeared that Kallata specifically targeted those of the Christian faith in his marketing strategy. In internet searches he declares himself some class of a prayer counselor or other and to be honest, his behavior was not that who espouses to follow the principles of Christianity. I witnessed his mood swings, abuse of staff and character traits with borderline paranoia which I found disconcerting and frightening at times. In any event,if you choose to watch some of the youtube video's he has set up and used for promotional purposes, you will see what appears to be a busy commercial enterprise, men in suits dashing about the office in heavy conference, seminars with Kallatta taking the floor blah blah etc etc. Go to his offices and see it for yourself. I saw none of this activity or any of the people who appeared in the videos. It is my opinion that these video's are staged with "rent a crowd" brought in to make up numbers. Watch closely and keep in mind what I have said here and you will see the flaws.
I now understand why at first I noticed the lack of staff. He is not professional in his man management skills at all. He does not honor his word. He may know a thing or two about Numismatic coins etc but in regard to running a business correctly, he knows nothing in my opinion.

Well Bruce of course you would deny the content of the report. However, this is a factual account which is completely verifiable and your behavior was witnessed. Further more you again play the religious card as if your are some class of holy man, which you are certainly not.
I found you to be dysfunctional in the manner in which you dealt with staff. Imposing your religious beliefs on others in the office with complete disregard for their own spiritual beliefs.
You sir are a complete hypocrite in my opinion and deserve to toast slowly in hell for using religion to generate revenue from those who are earnest in the pursuit of integrity in maintaining spiritual values. PAY YOUR STAFF BRUCE. PAY THEM WHAT YOU OWE THEM AND STOP HIDING BEHIND YOUR SO CALLED MINISTRY.
YOU....ARE A DISGRACE !
