sevendeals.com Does not send entire orders & doesn't respond to numerous emails concerning missing items. Merchandise received is shoddy, cheaply made, missing parts. Ripoff Morrow Ohio

I placed an order over the internet about 3 weeks before X-mas. My total was over $125. I was initially impressed because the order did arrive within 3 days. I did not get one of the items I ordered though.On their website in "about us" it states their policies(empty promises). One is that they will provide a "real person to talk to" but, no where on the website can one find a phone #. They do provide an email box. I sent numerous emails asking that they send the missing item. They never did respond. I even told them that I would make this report in my last emails. Still nothing.

The items I did receive were very cheaply made, shoddy and even missing essential parts. In example, the cat grass planter was missing the grass seeds.
