Seventh Avenue 7th Avenue liars Monroe, Wisconsin
7th Ave told me that I could skip a payment because I had a good payment history; but, they charged me a $35.00 late fee payment and doubled-up on the next month payment. When I called them, they told me "...they don't do that...and we never told you that we would skip a payment!"
Well, I had been a customer of 7th Avenue for more than 12 years and have never been late -- I thought I was a good customer. Well, they said that if I didn't pay the next month's payment that they were going to send my account to a collection agency.
Wow! I go from a model, trustworthy customer to a delinquent account holder in 30 days. I already pay for products that are overpriced for more than 12 years and this is the thanks I get. WARNING: Stay far away from Seventh Avenue (7th Avenue) -- they will show you no mercy and they don't care about their customers!
