Sewer Fitters Guarantee That Does Not Exist Plainview, New York
On October 18, 2010, I paid for a sewer lining to be installed from inside my garage to the
sewer in the street. The new sewer lining was to have a 50 year guarantee which was
advertised on their website and verbally explained. I had called numerous times after that to
obtain the guarantee. I spoke to Dan and he said that they would leave it in my mailbox the
next day. They never showed up. Additional calls and emails went unanswered. It has been months with no resolution. I also spoke to Cora from Mr. Rooter who works with Sewer Fitters with no result. I would like a full refund of my money due to fraud.
