DO NOT patronize this company. I have been requesting my printed copy of a Kenmore sewing machine manual for over 4 month now. They do not respond readily to e-mails. They "claim" they sent it and have "checked with the local post office". They have never provided any tracking number or indication that it was sent. When I paid the $19 and change for this printed manual, the e-mail I got claims the manual would be sent "when printed and bound". That was about last September. I have e-mailed them many time and now they will not answer my e-mails and I still have not received the manual. Since this is a CANADIAN compay, I'm not sure what I can do. They are clearly committing mail fraud here in the U.S. DO NOT patronize thie company EVER!!!
