sextoysupersale.com, Play Time Productions ripoff Fort Myers Florida
On April 16, 2005 my husband and I placed an order with Time Productions Inc. O April 26, 2005 I checked my order on line and it didn't have a tracking number in the appropriate field, it stated that the tracking number would be shown when the order has been shipped. So, I sent them an email checking on the status of my order. I never received a reply back. I then called their 800 number on 4/29/05 which stated that all representatives were busy servicing other customers and to leave my name, order number and phone number, in which I did. The company never called me back.
I called again on 5/2/05 and 5/3/05 with once again no response. I then called and left one last message advising them to call me on 5/5/05 or I would be taking action against them.I have sent letters to the BBB of W Florida, The District Attorney of Florida Charlie Crist, Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission and several to Playtime Productions advising them of my actions. I advise you do the same. Not that I have received any satisfaction!!! This company is a rip off!!!!

It has just been brought to my attention that you have an order that was miss filed as already shipped when in fact it had not been I want to humbly apologize for this matter and let you know that I have ordered this shipped immediately. For your inconvience I have had the order shipped but have refunded the entire cost of the order except the shipping costs. I would also like to offer you a 10% discount on any future order placed within the next 60 days. In the discount coupon box all you will have to do is put the code wng903d and the order will automatically be recalculated with the discount in effect.
Once again, please accept my apology for this. I guess with the volume of business we do human error will occur occasionally.
