This guy drained my retainer account to go on vacation, didn't do the work I hired him to do then lost a complete "as-built" set of plans for a 40,000 sq ft office building. Beyond that, he acted like a third grader by telling me the plans I gave him were lost in the mail. My projecct is now two months behind schedule (at $12,000 of laost income) because of is antics. Although I cut a retainer check, it was never cashed and plans were finally returned. The level of service and communication is less than professional.
