SFE Energy They offered a contract to save money on our natural gas bill with PGE. The only result was higher costs and an expensive cancellation fee. Buffalo New York
A pushy SFE salesman came to our door in April of 2017 promising that SFE would save us money on our natural gas bill with PGE. He said that for a flat $34 monthly fee they would procure our natural gas at a lower cost than PGE. They did add the $34 a month charge but they did not save us any money. PGE still charges us for natural gas as well. When I notified SFE that I wanted to end the contract they charged $165 early cancellation fee with a demand that it be paid within two weeks or go to collections.
