I ordered the "free trial: bottle of ColonXR. The only thing I had to pay for was the $5 shipping. In actuality, it was not free, as the company automatically charges your credit card after just 10 days from your order. I know that I DID NOT read this upon my ordering it. I made sure that the shipping was the only thing I would have to pay before giving them my credit card info.

The shipment was coming from Florida to California. Which means by the time i got the bottle I had a few days only to start taking the vitamins and see if the product was working for me. In reality you need a few WEEKS to see if this daily vitamin (an internal body cleansing) is doing its job. I wasn't able to start the vitamins right away, and was unaware of this 10-day cancellation period before they charged me, so left the bottle unopened. When I noticed a charge on my bank statement I called right away and told them my story, 12/29/08.

The customer service rep told me to send the bottle back and i would be refunded. I shipped it back that same day. Still no refund, I called again (01/09/09). The customer service rep couldn't confirm that they got the package, and said there was some confusion and that someone will call me back within the next 2 days to square everything away.

On 01/15/09 I called again to get the status, and the rep gave me a hard time about the 10-day charge being in the disclaimer. I said "No way it was", and if this disclaimer had been visible anywhere, telling me that I would be charged $78.84 dollars for a "free" trial I would have never signed up for it!! The rep argued with me, and i told her what the previous reps said, and that I had sent the bottle back weeks ago, etc, and I expect my credit back!

She then said that I would get some sort of confirmation email. I assumed it would be sent upon my refund. My confirmation email I got on 01/22/09, just read that my order is canceled. I got no reimbursement!! Total lying scam company! Watch out!
