Horrible Internet SCAM !@! Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center, www.ic3.gov is the best place to file your complaints IMO. The Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov will also take complaints. A website of places to file complaints is (((link redacted))) it appears helpful. www.sunbiz.org shows FL Dept of Corporations company documents.

The same three men that own SFL, own GIC, Globalnet Pharmacies, LLC, Aton Solutions, etc. The owners are Juan Zuetta, Vlaeislav Skoro and Anthony Pelligrino. GIC telephone number customer support claims they are owned by Fulfillment in Orem, UT. But, it appears that these/this company is related to Crush, LLC who is filing request now with FL DOC to open Fulfilment H & B, LLC. They appear to keep opening more and more 'little' deceptive companies.

I do wonder if Oprah, etc REALLY did endorse these specific companies or were they scammed, too. The fine print also gives them the right to give your personal information to others - so if you start getting alot of marketing calls... It is interesting that what appears to be their older company, Aton Solutions, which does web design and tech. work, does not have alot of complaints.

Articles from Galileo Acai Research Institute in Sunnyvale, CA endorsing the Total Cleanse product also list invalid contact info for their own institute. The local Chamber of Commerce and CA Consumer Affairs can not find such an institute. The article GARI wrote was dated the day before I called to check them out - it was not an outdated article.

Your bank statement or bank should have a country of origin, company name and phone number of the company auto-billing your card. Try calling that number. Total Cleanse provided my bank with false telephone number, too. Then the third billing came from a "country of origin" in Mauritus, a small island off the east coast of Madagascar, east of Africa -- this is crazy.

The third billing was "posted" (appeared) on my account on a Friday, when I have cancelled my card the previous Tuesday. The bank had "authorized" the payment on the previous Monday - they just didn't know that in customer svc - I have to file a separate dispute for each charge - plus the charge for the "International Fee" for doing business with a company outside the US.

I am writing (TM) for trademark by the company name, but I am not sure that they actually have a trademark on this name. There are other allegedly unrelated companies with a similar name being hounded with complaint calls. Original Comment: SFL Nutrition, LLC shipped the product Total Cleanse ordered from www.totalcleanse.net. They advertised a free sample for a $5.95 postage fee.

By the time I received the product weeks later, I had almost forgotten that I had even ordered it. Fortunately, I saved the original package as there was no company name, phone or address mentioned on the 'receipt' and dosing instructions that came with the bottle of supplements. The mailer showed a return address of SFL Nutrition, LLC in Boca Raton, FL.

Two weeks later an unauthorized charge for almost $79 appeared on my credit card. The TotalCleanse website is still operating and offering this 'free' sample. Their phone number is an 'unassigned' number, their "Comments" section of the website does not operate. The SFL Nutrition site does not provide a phone number, only an live online chat session as support. When you enter your name, email, and question to chat with the live staff, your message disappears, the chat session terminates, and the window closes. SFL Nutrition does not publish a phone number.

Third update: As of 11-24-08 2a.m. I have noticed their phone number NOW has a recording on it for 'customer service', instead of being an invalid 'unassigned' number. The number is 866-320-0038. The website www.totalcleanse.net is now an invalid site. There is a new site at www.sflnutrition.com which shows an email address, a non-working chat session that does not state "Chat Session is Now Closed", and the above phone number. These 'corrections' in web design, from the owners of a web design company, Aton Solutions, still do not excuse the failure of them to market products before they have allegedly functioning websites. And certainly they should refund the monies to all who have ordered from these fraudulent ads -- at the full expense of SFL, including return insured postage.

SCAM! They will not LET you cancel your order or return your product. They is a front company that goes by many names.

All are listed in Palm Beach County public records search, property appraisers office, and tax collectors office.
The officers are
Juan Pablo Zuetta, Vladislav Skoro, and Anthony Pellegrino. As of 1/13/09 the last two have been removed from corporate listings leaving only Juan Zuetta.
All companies are represented by Mark B. Goldstein P.A. who is shown as the Secretary. He is their attorney and lists his address as 2700 North Military Trail Suite 130 Boca raton, FL 33431. 561-989-9955
The phone numbers found for the 5 companies are 866-938-4832, 561-939-6601, and a fax 561-391-1150.
As of 1/13/09 Juan Zuetta is the only other officer listed.
A public records search finds a Juan Pablo Zuetta born in Argentina, birthday of 10-05-73, residence in Coral Springs Florida. I could not definitely find his home address. There are no listings in Palm Beach or Broward County property appraisers offices but Palm Beach County does show a marriage record to a Kimberly Monique Simpson 9-3-71 also from Coral Springs.
All this information was obtained from public records and WILL be filed with the county, state, and federal authorities.

First off call your bank and cancel your credit card, also immediately file a Chargeback. If they recive enough chargebacks it will screw up their merchant account and get them blacklisted. Don't bother calling the numbers or live chat it is totally useless. Anyways here's some info on these people:
