Complaint Review: SFMOBILE

i order a pair of headphones by motorola that the nfl uses. i placed this on september 12,2005 and the email confirmation stated i would recieve said item with in three to five days. i yet to have gotten my product i order. ive sent several email to this company no reply. ive also called this company on numerous times no return calls. to top this off they charge my credit card for the amount of 106.99 and i yet to recieve my goods.

i also filed a report with the better business bureau of sanfrancisco. this really a bad sitituation and would like any help you can give me in this matter. attached are the emails ive sent to this company. If possible i would like to take this company or persons to court and sue the pants off them this should not be tolerated.
