Kerendian and Associates cares greatly about its clients and always encourages open communication, and the attorneys do their best to have communication with the clients. This person is not a client of the firm to the best we can tell. The case described is not recognized. The name used is not a client we have represented. The name of the firm was The Law Offices of Shab D. Kerendian, and changed to Kerendian & Associates, Inc. in about 2002 and remained the same since then.

I have never met such a dishonest group of individuals. When Shab no longer worked on my case, (I felt uncomfortable about his angle and what he wanted me to present under oath) I tried to get my original files back from the firm. I sent messengers from my office numerous times, only to be told that Shab no longer worked there. I would call back a week later, and wow, he suddenly did work there! When I would contact Verlan Kwan, she would converse with me in a threatening tone. Verlan is a "know it all" who actually has no clue about the law, and probably earned her degree online. (She is just as dishonest as her boss, Shab). The firm changes their name weekly--(a good indication of why NOT to use them) probably because of all their bogus suits. I did some investigating, only to find out that Shab is in constant lawsuits involving his relatives, where they sue him, the clam goes through his insurance, they settle, and split the money. Anything to make a buck right?
He prides himself going after little old ladies in probate court, taking away their homes so he can profit. And if you are lucky enough to witness this firm in court, they come off as an unprofessional Circus Sideshow. Stained clothes, ill- fitting suits. Trust me, I'm no male model, but it was embarrassing. Everyone that has worked oposite him says he is the slimiest of them all, as is his brother Shawn, so stay away! He may be cheaper than others, but he will rip you off, or want you to lie so that he can keep the money. Karma will get this theif!
