My wife couldn't use her gift card that she bought just a few weeks ago, as it says it is an invalid number.
When she emailed them for assistance, they replied that it was expired!
Their website says gift cards expire in 1 year. Whether 1 year or 14  days, it is illegal. Federal regulation prohibits a gift card from expiring within 5 years of purchase. When we nicely pointed them to the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 and asked that they resolve the issue, they re-iterated their illegal and fraudulent policies for expiration of gift cards and refused to extend it in compliance with the law. They don't even care that they are violating federal law. That's how greedy they are.

By the way, several of her dresses from there have torn right at the zipper or the zipper has broken because they have the
worst quality ever. I have always hated that she shopped there so much just to get more disappointing dresses. Now they are taking our money without any care for ethical and legal treatment of customers.

Buyer Beware!
