Complaint Review: Shad Sports International

First of all, they lured us away from their competitor by told us some very believable stories.  Once they got our money for the samples, we were promised a delivery date.  They missed the scheduled because of another sad story, "my baby died"....then Atiq gave us another date then missed it because he was sick and was out of town.  Then another delivery date was set and missed but this time he told us that our shipment has been shipped and Custom from Dubai (UAE) has not released the shipment.  I asked for the tracking number but never been given to me.  Then he agreed to make me another set of samples.  This time he missed 3 more delivery dates because of Ramadan month, factory was shut down for holiday, and samples are being made and will ship out by next week.  All of these things have been going on since the first week of July 2010, it is now October and we have nothing to show our clients.

At this point, I have requested to have my money refunded to me but Atiq is not responding at all.  Be careful working with Atiq Rehman, Shad-Sports.com, and williamsapparel.com.
