Shadowshopper has automatically renewed my 1 year $59 membership and has refused to fairly and reasonably refund it. I did NOT approve this charge to my credit card and have found similar situations posted on ripoffreport.com and 28 other pending BBB complaints with your office. My emails with this company follows:

You can not or WILL NOT not issue a refund? Do you
remember everything you read and click on? I do NOT recall the fine print of automatic renewel without recourse, I agreed to signing up for ONE year and approved one year. You do NOT have my approval for renewel and you can abitrate it with my credit card company. Your "policy" is not a legal binding agreement and as such, is not enforcable. Please issue
my refund less the prorated 3 weeks I had use of my membership.

Johnathon,
In all due respect, Most, if not all, companies have an unwritten obligation to notify their paid subscribers that their account is coming up for renewel in a reasonable amount of time and also inform them that they have the option to change their preferances, that is, companies who are legit and fair. What your company is doing is unilaterally unfair and underhanded. Company policies are guidelines and there are Consumer Protection Laws that overide them.

If your hands are tied, then who does have the authority to correct this? I am prepared to pursue this to all ends with all resources at my disposal until this issue is resolved. Don't underestimate my ability, sources or determination to do so. $59 is like $1000 to me, so please pass this on to someone who is able to refund my money.
Thank you
