Complaint Review: Shamrock Agency S.A.

I received a letter on April 16, 2005 (dated April 13, 2005) apparently from the Euromillones Loteria International saying I had won $815,960 but to keep this confidential because of "a mix-up of names and numbers"

This letter named Mr. MAX LOPEZ, Foreign Operations Manager of Shamrock Agency S.A. as my Claims Agent who would be entitled to 5% of the winnings. I did an internet search found this site and am not faxing anything.

He sent a form requesting full bank account details, signature, my full personal details and that of my husband as well as a copy of my passport and drivers licence. This set off warning bells for a SCAM that was seeking my financial identity!
