Complaint Review: Shamrock Enterprises Inc

On January 11, 2007, I was contacted (through Service Magic) by Mr. Brian McClintock of Shamrock Enterprises of Mid-Florida.

We agreed to have work done at my property (1155 Orne Court Kissimmee, Florida) to construct a pool bath.

I paid Mr. McClintock a total of $9,340.00 to do the job and he stole my money without even starting the work.

After several conversations with Angela Hood (contractor relations specialist) I hired a attorney.

The results are from the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida.:

FINAL JUDGMENT

This action was heard on plaintiffs MOTIONS TO STRIKE DEFENDANTS PLEADINGS AND FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF THE PLAINTIFF;

AND the Plaintiffs counsel having been heard on this matter

AND Defendant, having been given permission to appear at the motion hearing by telephone and having failed to appear;

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The Defendant's pleadings are stricken and a default judgment is entered against the Defendant.

Plaintiff, SYLVESTER JOHNSON shall recover from the defendant, SHAMROCK ENTERPRISES OF MID FL. INC., the sum of $9,340.00, cost in the sum of $310.00 and attorney's fees in the sum of $2,500.00 for a total Final Judgment in the amount of $12,150.00 which shall bear interest at the prevailing annual legal rate of interest for Judgments, for which sum let execution issue.
