I phoned Shane Geyer AC Services on Aug 20th, 2015 to have my furnace looked at, after finding his business online. He seemed nice and legitimate on the phone and I liked the fact that he was located close to me, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr Geyer came out and determined that my ignition control unit was bad and would need to be replaced to the tune of 550.00, 350.00 of which was required up front to purchase the components with the remainder due on completion. I was told it'd it would take 7-10 days to get the parts.

After 12 days I phoned and was told the parts hadn't been received. Another week, same spiel. Week 3, still nothing. I was told at this point that the components hadn't arrived because of the manufacturers error is shipping them to wrong address. Needless to say I was pretty pissed at this point.

Every week after that I called trying to get a refund but was told that the order receipt and refund had to be processed by the company who supposedly was shipping them to begin with. "I can't do anything til they process the the refund on their side" he said. What a joke. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received a refund!! Last week I finally filed a charge with the Delaware County BBB Business Bureau but Shane Geyer still hasn't given my money back.

Stay away from this clown!
