Complaint Review: Shane Ooley

My father, Shane Ooley, is a criminal and dead beat dad. About five years ago, he was busted for possession of A LOT of drugs in his home. At that time, I immediately stopped my visitation with him!! He was incarcerated for a few months. After his release, he began harrassing me and my mom and stalking me. He would video tape me in my house and drive by my house many times a day. He WAS crazy! After I told him I never wanted to see him again, he sued my mother for contempt of court (he said she was keeping me from seeing him). During court, I told the judge I never wanted to see him because all of the things that he did!!!

Before all of this broke out, he was atleast $5,000 behind in child support and atleast another $5,000 behind in school fees and doctor bills (he was ordered to pay half of ALL school fees/supplies and half of all medical expenses according to the divorce decree). He never paid a dime!

As you can see, Shane Ooley is worthless! To this day, it has been 6 years since I have seen him and he is still required to pay. He has child support garnished from his paycheck each week BUT he still does not pay for the school books/supplies and medical expenses.

I would also like to say that he has two other daughters from his current wife. One is around 10 and the other is around 6. When I did see him, he abused both of them. He would pull them through the house by their hair, lock them in their rooms, whip them with wet towels, and constantly yell at them. He is a terrible parent!!! Be warned, SHANE OOLEY has a BAD temper, he is a convicted criminal, he abuses children, and he doesn't pay what he owes!!!
