Shane Perkins, Stole Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars of Real Estate and Dissapeared Texas
Be careful of, and do not do business with Shane Perkins.
He is a scam/con artist. He will sign documents, and agreements, then block you and run to another state with your money. At the time he was using real estate to con people, and myself... and now he may be in other businesses such as roofing in Texas.
