Complaint Review: Shanghai Bangze Kitchen Ware Co. Ltd

I bought 2 Burberry's scarves. (Total $189.03)
But they sent me fake Burberry wrong color wrong size scarves and broken box.
I sent back them today. I sent tracking number to them alredy. And it cost was a $51.35.(Because they said "use only USPS Express Intarnational service.")
Them return policy :If you receive a product from our site is faulty on delivery, you can contact with us to return it and claim for a refund. If a product is found to be faulty (incorrect size, color ect.), you may claim for a FULL REFUND, or require exchange without any extra cost.
They should full refund.
