I ordered two pair of sneakers from this company. Both pair had scuff scratches on them. Both pair wa made out of cheap, plastic material.The heel on one pair of the sneakers is detached for the shoe itself. I spent alot of money on these sneakers and want to get a refund. I have sent email after email to the address provided and no response. I have called the phone number provided on the shipping label, no response. I revisited the website; entered my user name and password, and get an error.
