I have been scammed by SHANGHAI CINOVO SPORTS GOODS CO. they also show TRADE ASSURANCE but refused to use it. I paid them for a 9ft billiard table and extra accessories that they didnt supply. What was supplied was a broken, incomplete second hand table and NO accessories. Therefore FRAUD AND THEFT. I WOULD WARN ANYONE TO AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY run by BILL ZHU AND EMMA WANG.
