I purchased the machine from this company 2 weeks ago. Everything was ok and they sound nice and thustworthy. The seller Mr. Barret Wang decided to ship the machine by Air cargo. He told me that I could ship the machine back while under warranty and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. Once the machine arrived at my local airport I´ve got a call from the company asking me to pick the merchandise. Couple of days after I went there and they told me that I had to show the FDA registration info and Medical device specific to the item.
I talked with several brokers and all of them told me the same. When I asked the company about the papers I needed to clear my merchandise, I notice that they never had registration and they asked me to bribe a broker to get the merchandise cleared. It is such an absurd! Now they left me with nothing, no machine, no money back! Unfortunatelly I´ve learned at the worse way, losing money and being victims of SCAMMERS! Beware, do not buy from this people with no integrity and honesty!

After filling a claim at alibaba.com website I could get a partial refund ($2.450 instead of 2.989). Alibaba website closed the case while I was not completely satisfied with the agreement. I am still working on it to get the $539 they still owe me. For sure partial refund is better than nothing but once they made all the mistakes it´s their duty to take responsibility for short experience on shipping goods from China.
