Shanghai Haoshi Textile Printing Co. Wendy Liu Damaged and short changed I made two orders I was sent damaged silks and less than what I paid for Internet

 Stay away from Shanghai Haoshi Textile Printing Co. They are a digital fabric printing company with NO care about the product or client.

My first order came in 10 items short and about 15% damaged. I  sent an email to Wend Liu , my sales rep, telling her of my shippment .

My next shippment a total off 250 private design scarfs.  I had asked to be sent 25 asap for a show I had plan to attend. She did . I asked to stop the printing and add more length to the scarfs. They said  they would , no problem. When my shippment came it was 35 scarfs short .About 18% damaged and when we measured the lengths, we found they were sending short sizes from the begining and we paid extra to get  the sizes we already paid for . When I asked why the shortage of 35 scarfs the response was they ran out of material.Even though they had me pay for all the fabric up front.I'm a small start up and I can not afford to be out product ..Again. I email  the company and WendLiu ,  no reply  and no reply  They simply refuse to address this issue , thinking I'll just go away.Wrong! I'll post every chance I get  until they fix this issue.
