Complaint Review: Shanghai Quanjia Electronics

I Ordered Blackberry smart phones from Shanghai Quanjia Electronics a Gold member on Alibaba, by a Ms. Martin Xu.

Payment was done on the 4th of February 2011, till to date I received nothing but a tracking number that is not working through China Mail.

I paid him via Westurn Union a total of $510 USD and after long wait I had to Pay him $100 USD again as Customs at China stopped my order according to them, and they had to pay a bribe fine to get my order back.

After $ 610 USD and a tracking number that is not working I wanted to report them on alibaba but after I was scammed they could not be found on Alibaba, they took off their business details as they were part of Shanghai Quanjia Bags? 

None of them could be located on Alibaba all details were taken off and now I cannot file a complaint on Alibaba against them as Alibaba request a link to their website which does not exist.

I send their details to Interpol as well as to the Embassy of the Republic of China to the Second Security (Police Liaison) Officer.
