Complaint Review: SHANNON GARCIA REFLECTIONS REAL ESTATE GROUP

Real estate agents looking for a career best seek employment elsewhere instead of working for Garcia. I could not wait to transfer my license away from her firm after she cost me several deals because of her overbearing bossy management style.She will take at least 10% of your commission while maybe giving you a cubicle in a small office that my clients could not find. She runs this real estate company like an army sergeant and complained about every way i conducted my business while i was just trying to make a living.

I worked there along with four other agents all of who are also trying to make a living and none of us were because we received no training, no marketing assistance, no benefits and had to give her 10-20% of our commission on deals that we found by ourselves that she then made us correct all of our paperwork on because it wasn't to her liking.

i was told by other agents that this is the third firm she has been with in 12 months and that the previous company that she owned went broke and her former partner dislikes her as well.

I am at another firm in LV that provides education, training, marketing assistnace, 4 full time transaction coordinators and great name recognition. Oh, and they pay me 95% and i am on a team that provides me with listings and buyers leads.
