Shannon Towing Robbery and Fraud Lynnwood, Washington
Shannon Towing charges TWICE what other towing companies charge in the same city of Lynnwood, I've checked. They refused to provide the report of tow request, which is legally required in WA State. They demand only cash payment and then they demand a social security number. They are rude, incompetent and might as well be holding a gun while they count your money. The charge was for $300 for a simple two mile tow, and we collected the car in less than 12 hrs!! Then to add insult to injury and robbery, they damaged the front bumper of the car severly to the tune of $1,100 to repair. They will be seeing me in court.
