My Shape Med Spa and Aesthetics LLC Skyler Pearson MYSHAPE MEDSPA, LIPO, AND AESTHETICS LLC MYSHAPE MEDSPA, LIPO AND AESTHETICS Sold us a Cryo machine for 25K, did not honor contract for providing medical director, marketing for leads and then would not fix broken machine that was barely used for less than 1 year. We purchased a cryo machine (My Shape 4.0 Elite) in a 'partnership' agreement January 13, 2021, for $25,000 and was told the machine was worth closer to $60,000. The contract was supposed to be a 70% profit to buyer and 30% to seller. MyShape Med Spa and Aesthetics/Skyler Pearson at the time located in Las Vegas, Nevada was supposed to supply the following:
A medical director for 3 months, 2. A minimum of 20-30 new patients/clients per month via marketing, advertising services and a call center for duration of partnership. Maintenance and repair for the full life of the machine and the sharing in cost of consumables.
The machine began to have problems starting with the grounding pad connection to the machine within the first few months of operation. In May 2022 after barely being used due to COVID and business closures the suction (loaf pans) were not getting cold down to -10C. They would jump between 12-14 degrees Fahrenheit. Shortly thereafter one of the paddles began to stop after a few minutes of use and gave an error code. Then the other paddle would work but not go down to -10C. The cryo wands also would not drop down in temperature while in use leaving us with a virtually nonfunctioning machine.
When we reached out to MyShape Med Spa trying to reach Skyler Pearson, CEO who we were in 'partnership' with on May 23, 2022, both numbers we had were no longer in service. We used the main business number now located in Scottsdale Arizona because their business in Las Vegas, Nevada was apparently closed by the state so they moved their business to Arizona.
We did not receive a call back but rather a text asking what they could help with and that they were offsite for the next 5-6 days. On June 2, 2022, we asked to speak with Skyler regarding an issue with the machine and asked for a good number and best time to call. They would not provide a way to reach him, so we texted the issues we were experiencing with the machine. Rather than addressing the issue and getting back to us right away they started talking about the 30% owed to them and asking how many treatments we have done. Then saying we can buy him out at a $9,000 discount on the machine! Finally, a scheduled call was arranged for June 14, 2022, at 6:30 pm PST. At 6:41pm we reached out via text reminding them we had a scheduled call. We get a response back at 6:57pm stating he is on another call that went over and will be calling us when he is done. At 7:10 pm another text stating his other call was more pressing and asking if we can reschedule for June 15th at 7:00 or 7:30 pm.
This company and specifically Skyler Pearson is very dishonest and does not honor legal agreements. They are only out to make money and scam as many people as possible. My hope is a class action lawsuit will be filed against him and his company.
