Shared Technologies Cellular ripoff my service was closed and I cannot reach them to turn back on, or to get some answers. My phone was to stay on for 911 calls and it has not Maryland Heights Missouri
I paid 130.00 for my phone on home shopping net work, and I was to be able to prepay for time. I was to always be able to call 911. Even if I did not have any time left. At first they would notify me if I was running low on min but, I went in hospital and missed. Now I can't reach any one to find out what to do.
Now I have a phone that I cannot use and out of all my money. I think if they cannot do what they said they should at least tell where we can, so we will not have to perchase another phone. I sure hope that I find an answer soon as, I am am going to the doctor a lot and it is 75 miles away and I need my phone for emergencies.
