  •  I am very understanding when buying online and rarely ask for refunds. This is outrageous that this company is claiming to keep the money when the product they are selling is broken.
  • 9/12/2013 15:24 PDT - Buyer: I paid $30.49 for a digital and CD version of the SnapIt software. I installed the software and entered the REG KEY (copy and pasted it into the fields as instructed) and the message said the software was old and needed to be upgraded, which when I clicked the link prompted me to pay more money. 
  • This was done the same day I bought it. How can they sell something and then immediately ask for more money to make it work. Shady...
  • I do not want to do business with this company and requested a refund.

I have since found a better screen capture product, which I will not mention to make sure people know this is a real review.

  • Shareit.com / Digeus.com / Digital River GmBH does bad business. Buy your software elsewhere. If they had offered a refund, this report would not be here, but they have given a bad product and poor customer service.
  •  This product is faulty and asks for more money once installed. SnapIt - Digeus, Inc.Backup Media for SnapIt [300260530] - Digeus, Inc.
  • They sent an email refusing to give a refund even though the product does not work. This is a shady company.
  • 9/16/2013 06:15 PDT - I have a product that will not load or work. You are ripping people off by selling this product. Worst of all, they offer no service to fix the issue. They were willing to keep the money and have a piece of softward on a customer's computer do nothing. That is sad.
