Complaint Review: Shari Frasure

I contacted this agent recently to inquire about a property that I wanted to rent as an investment. She replied to my email with a half-assed 4-word response and only after I sent a second one email. She seemed quite bothered and irritated that I contacted her about a property that her  name was attached to (she has since removed her real estate profile from the property so that it doesn't show up on Zillow or other websites). It's like she was saying "How dare you contact me about real property! I'm not in the business!" Also, judging by her unprofessional replies to some of the reviews on several sites, who would want her help? There are far too many other realtors who would be glad to help someone buy, sell, or rent. Anyway, I was able to find the owners of the propertpy by doing a search using QPublic.net, which is what I should have done in the first place instead of wasting keystrokes contacting this nutcase of an agent.

I contacted the owners of the property via Facebook and got a response within hours. Turns out, I went to school with the owners! Maybe she is still bitter over her ex-husband divorcing and leaving her as she casually outlines on her multiple websites where she throws herself a pity party.

Bottom line, do yourself a favor and don't bother with this one. Besides, she needs business from us (buyers and sellers), not the other way around!
