Shark Tank True Skin
On 4-23-17 I ordered a free sample of true skin from shark tank. My only cost to me was to be shipping and handling. The shipping and handling was charged to my credit card. To my amazement on 5-18-17 a charge of $92.99 was charged on my card indicating I was charged for the free product. I called to cancel after extreme stress with customer service who was not helpful. The confirm number is 5342019 given to me by Olivia Novack on 5-18-17. I was not informed that I was going to be charged for a free sample. She informed me of fine print which was not included in the fee sample bag. I was very stressed out. This is a con game. I want my money back. I am a senior citizen with a disability iving on SSI and I assure you I would have never bought this product at such a price. I was conned and I want my money back! What part of Free Sample was Free?
