Sharon Nalls Owner Of Nalls Produce rude discriminates yells curses harasses employees Alexandria Virginia
Sharon Nall's, owner of Nall's produce feels that she has the right to curse, yell, belittle her employees. She pays her employees CRAP, and the ones who do get a dollar more an hour are the one's that Sharon LIKES!!!!! This "woman" is known to many as a rude, thoughtless employer and the more people that know about this, the better.
RESPECT, that's the word that Sharon Nall's NEEDS to study and put to practice in her dealings with others. Sure, Nall's produce sells good products, theres nothing bad you can say there, but this woman treats people like TRASH.
Sharon's husband is a very nice guy who treats people decently and fairly, how he puts up with her only God knows.

Sharon Nalls, Owner Of Nalls Produce Sharon Nalls Owner of Nalls Produce does not yell curse or harass employees Alexandria Virginia
Sharon Nalls does not yell, curse, or harass employees. The former employee, that filed a report here, requested a raise. The attendance record of this employee was questioned and reviewed. The employee insisted that their performance when present on the job should be the only consideration, not whether or not they bothered to show up for their shifts. Sharon Nalls was so dumbfounded by this claim that she said "d**n". That was the extent of the cursing. Sharon Nalls actually, in good faith, gave this employee the raise requested. This employee never bothered to show up for subsequent shifts.

The original post reflects the feelings and perceptions of one vocal individual. It would be ignorant and unfair to assume that the opinions expressed in this forum are objective and appropriately depict the truth; that is the job for only history and facts, both of which tell a much different story than the original posting.
Consider all of the many happy employees both past and present.
