Cook' wears old dentures, cuz she never had no teeth and an array of unkept wigs. DA-Butte County, Mike Ramsey lets her do crimes as long as she turns folks in. Cooks' brother, Ernest Brown Jr. (Daddy Ernest Brown, Sr. lives in the South Central LA Jungle doing his 50 years of drug dealing,) comes up from Sactown to get and give drugs, he works for pre paid legal in Sactown and is also a convicted pedophile and drug dealer, so is her half brother and sister Andre and Monique Pearson, they do and sell drugs with them. I field with Chico PD, Sheriff Dept. and D A's office no to avail .No investigation at all, even though there were tons of witnesses who signed affidatiivts and supportive evidence documetns.

Cook and Van Kirk have DVD counterfeit making company in house, and they are dealing with LA gangs and Chico gangs to sell and traffic people and drugs.
