sharp electronic company ripoff company dosen't honor warranty mahweh New Jersey

I purchased an 2100 dollar hdtv from best buy on 1-18-02. i tried reporting to the company that i am having technical difficulties with my new television, but besides being rude, iwas told "there is nothing we can do for you" even after explaining that my television is still under warranty, it didn't matter.

so now i am stuck with a two thousand dollar t.v. in which i am going to have to pay for it to get fixed. this company dosen't honor there warranty and if they don't show any respect for consumers who spend over two thousand dollars on their products then it is apparent that this company dosen't deserve any potential business.

i am no longer going to purchase any item associated with the sharp company and urge fellow consumers to avoid this company in order to avoid wasting time and money on a company that dosen't care.
